Apologies this took so long. I came in to have a fixed retainer put in on my lower arch, as a previous one had to come out. Jack (sorry if I've got it wrong) was brill. Top bloke who explained everything and my options. Explained he wanted to take his time so would I be ok letting another patient have a check up, which was great because id rather it not be rushed. New retainer barely feels there for the most part. Very happy with his quality of work.
